Professor Jaime Serra integrated the panel of experts “Hotel of the Future: More Digital, Sustainable and Human”, in the 4th session of the Roadshow “Hotel 4.0 Talks”, under the theme Tourist 4.0 | Hotel of the Future: More Digital, Sustainable and Human, presenting the Pista Project and the Pista Digital Platform.

The Hotel 4.0 initiative, promoted by AHRESP aims to accelerate the digital transformation in the hotel industry to increase competitiveness in post-covid tourism and took place on 5 April 2022, at the Convento do Espinheiro in Évora.
